How the law of Equivalent Exchange applies to you

What to expect

Diet Coaching

  • With diet coaching their will be an acclimation period of a week. During this time diet clients will get an analysis of their current diet which will help me determine a good starting point for their weight loss, maintenance, or gaining plan.

  • This acclimation period is necessary because each client will be receiving a personalized plan. Therefore I want to first understand where each client is starting in order to make a plan that works for them.

  • Due to this week of acclimation the initial month will be a 5 week period and payments will be split with initial payment coming before the acclimation week and the remainder being paid after.

Training Coaching

  • With training coaching their will be an acclamation period of about a week. During this time training clients will get an analysis of their current training (if applicable) to determine a good starting point to achieve a comfortable transition into their training.

  • This acclimation period is necessary because each client will be receiving a personalized plan. Therefore I want to first understand where each client is starting in order to make a plan that works for them.

  • Due to this week of acclimation the initial month will be a 5 week period and payments will be split with initial payment coming before the acclimation week and the remainder being paid after.
